Mapping via Google Fusion Tables

I would like to upload some POI files into Google Fusion Tables so the data can be queries and mapped.
Out of respect to the time and effort of those contributors that have assembled the files I am soliciting general feedback on whether or not this is OK with the community at large.

Until Miss POI responds, I'd like to point out the terms of use for this site (terms link is at bottom of page):
"You may load location data obtained from this web site into a GPS navigation system only for your own personal use. You may not otherwise copy or distribute any materials from this web site, including User Submissions. You may not create any derivative works based on materials obtained from this web site."
