music issue on my 295W...

I loaded a bunch of music onto my 4G card... the first album is "Beatles Love", and it does not show up in any of the music menu options... is there a directory formatting issue with how I load my music...?

Look on page 38 of the owner's manual and it explains the two file types supported and acceptable loading options.
