Can I add a new Red Light Camera site...

..to the latest POI file? Is it possible to simply add the new info to the bottom of the file? I have already reported it. I am assuming that when I download the new file, the new site will be there and the POI Loader software will overwrite the file in my c330.

yes

You can add whatever you like to any poi file. When you load the file with the added info it will overwrite the existing file.
