Hi all, Just returned from Canadian Rockies (Canmore, AB, where we spent the summer. Spectacular part of the world. It was very cool, dry, with occasional showers. They did not have a summer this year. Not good for them, but we loved it. Normally we summer in Colorado (Nathrop, 6 miles from Continental Divide, at 8000 ft) on the Arkansas River headwaters.
We will return next week to SW Missouri (Ozark Mts) where we will remain until leaving for winter in Arizona and the Valley of the Sun.

You sure did send it here.Raining right now very hard.Watching the grass grow and can't cut it.What a mess it will be to cut after all this.Suppose to finally stop at 2 am Friday.Then later next week maybe some more.At least we caught back up on the rain fall we needed.Another week then to sunny FL.

We have a 2010 Big Country and tow with a Dodge 3500 dually 4 X 4 but I sure would like to have a medium duty rig someday!

got a second GPS. Added a nuvi 265 to compliment the 760 in the other vehicle. The newer 265 is MUCH slower at finding POIs. Sometimes twice as long in the search.

Yay! Just got my first ipod!
For my birthday, I bought the new ipod iTouch with Facetime and wi fi. Still playing with all the features.
The Facetime works great. Hope all my friends and relatives get it, it'll make calls more fun. Even though it technically isn't a phone, it pretty much works that way with Facetime.
The video works good too.Immediately after you make a video, it asks if you want to upload it to YouTube, which I did. Got my daughter playing the Playstation Move. Video comes out narrow (doesn't fill the whole YouTube screen), but is crisp and clear. I was laughing while taping, but the shaking didn't show in the video.
No GPS, but they do have maps.
