From the series called “Food Heavens” on the Travel Channel, this file was created from the episode entitled “World’s Most Unique McDonalds”

The program highlights 10 McDonalds restaurants out of the 30,000 worldwide. 6 are in the United States, 2 in Canada, 1 in Sweden and 1 in Rome. As far as I can tell all of them are still open with the exception of the one in Sweden. This is now a new restaurant that still offers drive up snow mobile service and is included for completeness and fidelity to the program.
