Icons Dont Appear on My Garmin 260W nuvi for Custom POIs

Hello. I put sox.exe in the c:\Garmin directory and the audio alert portion of my Custom POI works just fine. It's the icon that doesn't show up (I used the icons here, to make sure they were the proper size.).

I know how to use POILoader, but for some reason no icons.

I put my icons in my custom POI directory, along with .wav files and the POI list, and give them all the same name, for example:

RestAreas.csv
RestAreas.bmp
RestAreas.wav

Then I select Manual on POILoader to get the proximity alerts, but no icon, and no alert screen...

I am relatively new at all of this and maybe I am just doing something wrong...Any ideas?
