How to (or can I) import Europe map from MicroSD (Nuvi) into MapSource?

Now that I've got the Europe map (microSD) for my Nuvi 260, I got to wondering if I could import that data into MapSource for use on the PC.
Tried the obvious (transfer from GPS) by checking maps on GPS, only to be told "no data".
Any simple way to do this?

There is a way
There is a way to get mapsource ready map set from an .img file, but my experience hasn't been so great with the final product. Map draws very slow, it freezes often and it's nothing comparable to maps installed to your PC from a regular .exe file.
Hey hercegovac...
Your icon reminds me of a place I visited (Mostar, Bosnia) where the bridge was destroyed by Serbs in the 1990s. I was there and walked across the rebuilt bridge last year.
Correct

You're right. The bridge is called The Old Bridge and it was built in period between 1557 & 1566. This is an old picture and the bridge on it is still the original one. It doesn't matter but the bridge wasn't destroyed by Serbs but by Croats.

The preloaded cards will not work with MapSource. When you purchase the card, it indicates this.
Try BaseCamp. It might be able to read the card.
