Pilot Travel Centers updated to v2.1

I just wanted to give everyone notice that I've updated my Pilot Travel Centers v2 file to v2.1...

I deleted the Pilot Food Mart entries since they offered no truck services whatsoever.
I've also FINALLY got EVERY entry locked to the truck entrance.

I DO plan on adding the Flying J locations as time permits, but that might not be complete until sometime around Christmas 2010.
