Is there anyway to download new voices for the C330 so I could have someone else do the prompts for me?

Have you tried running WebUpdater on your unit? Mine prompts me for voices I don't have installed.
But if you are asking if you can download custom voices, then the answer is no. Garmin doesn't support this at this time.

The C330 does not support text to speech. The only "voices" available are in different languages. I believe that what MM is referring to is the voices for units that support TTS.
