Great Getaway, Spider Creek Resort, AR

Just got back from a great resort. The cabins have wrap around porch with a spectacular view of the White River. If you like to fish this is a must do place. If you like to take your family to experence nature it is awesome. If you're useing a GPS beware. My Garmin 1450 shows Spider Creek Resort as being about 10 feet down the wrong leg of a fork in the road. If you google Spider Creek Resort you will see what I mean. They use the same wrong address.
Where you need to turn off the highway is:
LON -93.839468 LAT 36.444068
Where I parked in front of the Office is Lacated at:
LON -93.8387760334 LAT 36.4437160268

Does anyone know how these errors happen?

As a great Baseball once said: When you come to a fork in the road, take it.

Just want to say that we have stayed there and while it is pretty rustic we too enjoyed our stay. Stayed there before having a GPS so I don't know where it would say turn. Street addresses are often estimates by the GPS map software and in a rural location like this I am not surprised at the error.
