I am new to this site and to GPS. I recently bought a Gramin nuvi 205 and used it getting to/from Warren Pa. It worked very well, though it didn't take me the way I would have necessarily gone.
It passed my acid test of GPS when I looked for Big Jim's restaurant (in Pittsburgh) and it was on the nuvi 205. For some reason, Chubby's BBQ (Emmittsburg, MD) wasn't in the nuvi. Perhaps you have to pay to be listed.
I hope to gain more knowledge from this site (loading POI's, new places to visit, etc) and hopefully contribute good info where I can.

Welcome to the site. Do check out the BBQ POI files and see if your favorites are listed in them. If not let the person who set up the file know about them so they can include them. Be sure to read the FAQ & getting started sections and don't be afraid to ask question, because somebody will be glad to help you out.

Haven't had a chance to try and load the MD Ranges file, hopefully tonight.
I looked at one of nuvi links and got the coordinates for Chubby's BBQ off of Yahoo maps. I'll hopefully load them into the nuvi tonight and if it works, I'll notify the BBQ POI file person (if it's not already on the file - didn't look like it when I opend it with Excel but that may not show everything)

Chubby's BBQ
Was out riding with a couple of friends and stopped at Chubby's for lunch. I like good BBQ and can't wait to get back there.
One big plus about Chubby's
One big plus about Chubby's is it's open on Sundays. Most BBQ places aren't.
Another plus is it's a short ride just over the PA line to Keystone Fireworks for the good ones.
Didn't go this year as it was just too dry to shoot any off.
