I found a list of shipwrecks in a PDF at http://www.aquaexplorers.com/GPSLORAN.pdf that are free and unrestricted to use, so I put them in a txt file, then imported to Excel, massaged it vigorously, and voila - here it is in Navio.csv format. POIEdit will let you change it to whatever you need (I put it on my TomTom for giggles, though I doubt I'll be driving to them!!
