Uploading POI File Updates

Just a general note --
If you have an update to a file that you've previously uploaded, it's best to goto the original file's page and use the "edit" tab to upload the replacement file.
This approach is better than uploading to a new page because existing links and info are preserved, and it makes duplicate files less likely.
