Interesting Idea

It's really hard to find a traditional butcher shop in the southwest nowadays. I kinda miss the ability to dictate the cut of meat you get rather than pick from what a grocery store puts out.

Meat markets are as rare..

as hens teeth! But, I have come to save the day "Alternative Markets" are the wave of the future...or the present I suppose. The are Oriental,Arab, etc. They boast huge butcher shops, for beef, pork, fish and foul. Every bit of the animal is consumed in these countries, from rooster combs to bull "pizzle" (you might just have to look the latter up.) They are a wonder, I shop there weekly. It's the only place to buy "froglegs" rabbit, snails, anything you may desire in the meat, foul, and below the ocean, and in the vegitable line . My advise is to look one up in the directory and spend the afternoon.

Be aware that most Americans have never been to a butcher shop,or a fish monger, by that I mean, the smell will get your attention, very fast, my wife can't stand going in.

Just a suggestion. Take my advise and go to one, look at all they offer, and enjoy!!
