They've made it a lot easier to compare units & specs compared to what it was...makes me wonder if someone from Garmin is lurking here and getting ideas...

It would be an excellent link to the manufacturer. They could easily see what problems/suggestions we have and incorporate them into new products and software releases.

Ideas from here may spur a competitive edge for Garmin's next GPS. Hey, Garmin, how about a firmware upgrade to enable my c340 to store custom POIs on my SD card? Wishful thinking!?

What better feedback could a manufacturer want than to have actual users voicing their like and dislikes about their units in an open forum?
