i just got my 885 back from garmin, they sent me anew one. My question is do I have to download every map update I did before? I went to my account and it shows that I download 4 updates since i had it. I down loaded sofar 1 update and it is ver 2010.40

2010.40 is the latest map available.

AFAIK older maps are not available for download when the new ones come out. You've got the latest map as of now. You may have to do it again when the next version is available (201?.??).
