This is old news. Someone posted this on another forum. Just remove the Toll Road Avoidence! No one in their right mind would try to go to NYC from NJ without paying tolls. Don't attempt your Nuvi to do it either.
Although I think the shortest distance avoiding tolls would take you all the way north to Albany just to cross the Hudson River without a toll.
