Chuy's opened its first restaurant in April,1982. The founders had a vision of a fun and funky Tex-Mex restaurant that served authentic and fresh food in an atmosphere that would appeal to everyone. The menu is made up of a combination of flavors with
recipes from across New Mexico, Mexican border towns and deep south Texas.
