Updating red light camera (mac white screen)

Hi, I have been trying to download the current red light files.My mac changes to a white screen with a loading phrase in window.Just seems to hang there for minutes until I close the window. I have never had this problem with these files before,Has anyone had this happen to them other than myself?

mac users

newly converted mac user and i havent had any issues with any poi downloaded from this site. dont you get the downloader box lower bottom right of your screen ?

Are you having the problem when downloading from the website, or in downloading from your mac to the garmin?

I did an update (nothing changed in my area, though) with no issues (OS X 10.6.2)

fixed

I downloaded onyx and it told me that there was a problem with my starting files,I repaired with disc and reloaded snow leopard, works normally now.

I have been using a MacBook with OS 10.5.8 all along. No problems updating my POI's including Red Light files.
