Modify the built in Icon set?

Hello,

I was playing with changing the icons for my favorites list and decided I don't like the built in icons very much... (I'm Picky!) There are a bunch I will never use and others that just are not there and should be.

Is there a way to replace the built in icons with my own?

Icons

Well, I don't know about replacing with your own...but I do know Mapsource has additional icons. You can upload your waypoints (favorites) into Mapsource and change the icon. Then you can download your waypoints back to your Nuvi.

I have done this, however I have not successfully changed the "home" favorite icon. (see my post http://www.poi-factory.com/node/2246). No one seems to have a comment.

I contacted Tech Support and ordered a Mapsource DVD. (Back Order)
I look forward to playing with it. smile
