My Nuvi 760 will be one year old in 5 days and I'm not happy with how the battery charges, so I called today and got an RMA number from Garmin Customer Service. A very smooth procedure. The rep told me they weren't very busy now so I should get a new unit back quickly. He said because he was sending a new unit out, he would transfer my nüMaps Lifetime maps over to the new unit.
