Hello to All!
Greetings this fine day;
I say a fine day for I woke up...Yippee...have given my many 'thanks' to the good Lord...have fresh java...about to plan how to have fun this day...plus nice to visit here to learn more.
Still unable to contribute other than giving All of you a special greeting plus my hope that this day shall be better than your yesterday. I am very thankfull that I found this site. I did not have a clue that one could have so much fun with these puppies [GPS units], nor able to do the many tips an d tricks each of you provide.
It has been so much fun that I recently went out to get another unit...now I have the Garmin 255W and the 1350. The sale price was too tempting which gave me cause to think of my Grandson. Bless his huge heart, his effort of multi-tasking has given him a masters in, walking and chewing gum at the same time', the others excluding games are very iffy and oddly to most young men and men I know...I can take him ten miles away in any direction from home and he couldn't drive me back home...of which he is learning to do, drive.
Nana, mother and I will be very pleased knowing that he will be able to find his way back home. We hhad tried putting butter on his shoes however we learned he licked it off thinking we provided him with a snack before leaving.
Here I am trying to learn how to teach another to want and learn. To love life is fun.

NFL pro bowl is on today. What great mind came up with this idea? Playing this game before the Super Bowl.
Having a Pro Bowl with players from 2 of the best teams not able to play is a joke. I won't be watching it.

What is the difference between today and in two weeks. Most of the players in the superbowl skip the probowl anyway.
I happen to think it is a real good idea for the NFL. They can start Superbowl week today, and keep it going for the next 7 days. Listen the NFL does not do to many things wrong. They are a marketing machine.
