New Feature: My Favorite Files

When you're logged in at POI Factory, you'll now see "My Favorite Files" near the top right column.

The page lists POI files that you've downloaded in the past and makes it easier to find files that have been updated.

A file marked with "new" has been updated since the last time you downloaded it.

Neat new feature. Thanks

Neat new feature. Thanks.

One quick "request".
Is it possible to put an option to "exclude" or remove a POI file that you are no longer interested in.

If that is not possible, could there be a way to "exclude" your own files at least since we can already see these from "My Account"

Thanks again
Dom

Neat idea

What a nice touch, it eliminates the guesswork about what POI's are current.

Thanks.

grin

I second the option

It's about the Line- If a line can be drawn between the powers granted and the rights retained, it would seem to be the same thing, whether the latter be secured by declaring that they shall not be abridged, or that the former shall not be extended.

Jon asked me if it was too

Jon asked me if it was too soon to publish the new tool without the ability to removed ones from the list that are not wanted anymore.

I told him that we could release it in steps. So this is step one guys;)

Why would I release a totally finished product. I like to have you all in a constant mode of anticipation.

Miss POI

FYI,

Shows I accessed Einstein Bros Bagels on 10/17/08 and there is a newer file.

But when clicking on link, the file was last updated 4/29/08.

I noticed the same thing... I checked EARLY this morning. My downloads were listed (in addition to some others). Now they have disappeared. Just an glitch in the implementation???

Great feature though... thanks.

Files marked "New" are the up to date files

JM wrote:

JM

I just went and looked at "My Favorte Files", and there are bookoos of files marked "New". Most of them are the most recently downloade files. I just looked and found out that the files I downloaded are current. So, why are they still marked as "New"?

Missing files

I'm checking into this...

Update: Found it. It's a bug.

I'll need to fix the program and then reload the favorite lists. This will take some downtime (later this week.)

NEW

When I click on "My Favorite Files" it shows them marked as "NEW", but they are up to date? I thought that the files marked with "NEW" are files that have been updated since the last time I downloaded them?

If you dont fix this I want my membership fee back! mrgreen

A BUG? What kinda Bug? 4 or 6 legged ones? How did you get so many of them that it will take you the better part of this week. I also want my Membership fee back. I didn't sign on for Bugs. grin
