Capturing speed limit for all cameras....

I have been working on capturing the speed limits for the cameras in the file that had that data missing.

This is a rather large project and I am almost finished. I may have a few that I need assistance with and I will post their locations in this thread when I am done.

I have been working on this project for two days now, I will finish today.

Miss POI

This is a great news. Thank you.

How are combined

speed / red light cameras (like the new ones that went online in Cedar Rapids last week) treated in the files? Are they included in both files or just in the red light file?

Is this information to be used, or can it be used, for selective activation i.e. if you're 5mph below the included speed limit then the alarm won't trigger?

Yes and No

Speed cameras have two default settings triggered by speed. If the entry has a speed entry you put the @ symbol immediately before the digits and a speed is set for that camera.

The second setting is the default speed setting. POI Loader sets a default speed of zero for any speed camera that does not have a different speed set using the @. Gary Hayman has a good explanation on his site on the different settings available. I suggest you read through his description.
