I've seen it from Escort while I was buying a Radar Detector.
I believe it's Navigon.
Garmin Nuvi 2555 LMT, Street Pilot C340, nuvi 265WT, Mio Moov 300, nuvi 255W, Navigon 2100 (Retired)
I always thought that this
I always thought that this incorporated a radar detector. When I just read the specs it didn't mention it. I guess if it did include a radar detector it'll cost over $1500.
For $899 ($800+$99), I would rather buy the 9500ix and a nice Garmin gps.
Where's the beef........Radar detctor?
I also thought for that price and being made by Escort, it would have a radar detector included, or at least a jack for the detector screen to pop up.
No thanks...do not want...
No thanks...do not want... First, it's Navigon. How's their support in the US these days? I thought they pulled out of the US market a long time ago. I know they stopped selling units here...map updates??? Second, that touchscreen looks WAY too small and it's inconveniently up high out of reach. Third, it's virtually impossible for passengers to use/play with. And, fourth...most importantly...it's not portable from car-to-car, which defeats the purpose of having a PERSONAL navigation unit, at least in my case.
Very Cool
That is awesome. I like the backup camera. Now I need to find $800. Is a one dollar lottery ticket an investment?
Nice unit
The screen is a bit small for my old eyes,Nice unit thou.
