delete any sound files you dont need

You can delete, or move to backup any voice files that you do not need. I got rid of everything except for english. During updates you have the option to reinstall any that you mistakenly deleted.

Unless you are the lead sled dog, the view never changes. I is retard... every day is Saturday! I still use the Garmin 3590 LMT even tho I upgraded to the Garmin 61 LMT. Bigger screen is not always better in my opinion.

I deleted all languages,

I deleted all languages, photos, vehicles, POI's and voices that I didn't want. Free up a little memory at the same time

Following this logic I freed more than 350 MB on my GPS.
Many od those files don't have any use for majority of us and why keep them?

Help files

There are also help files in other languages that you can delete/move.

When you say you deleted POI's that you did not need, you did that on your GPS. If you did it from your PC how would you find them...

What is the filename extension. ? Thank you...

For instance last night a file was copied over from my pc, Garmin baackup" but what it really is FLYING J POI's..

How do I get if off my GPS. I want to reload back to my GPS as FLYING J... I did move it to where my other .CSV files lives, i.e campgrounds etc.

Sorry for the long post..

TIA

I'm sorry for the confusion, I haven't deleted the POI's. I don't think you can do anything about the preloaded POI's, but those ones you loaded using POI Loader are located in folder named POI as poi.gpi. Every time you load POI's using the POI Loader the old version gets overwritten so there isn't a need for deleting. Simple run POI Loader again, and load the ones you want. Everything else will be deleted.

Don't forget

"Text" files in foreign languages!
