465T says ALL roads are questionable routes?

I'm having an issue with my 465T.
It is telling me that ALL routes are questionable routes. EVEN INTERSTATES!
Can some please tell me what may be going on?
Here's how my current truck profile looks:
Width: 8' 10" (8.83ft / 106 inches)
Overall Length: 70'
Height: 13' 8"
Gross Weight: 80,000 lbs
Max Weight per Axle: 17,000 lbs (I've also tried 34,000 lbs)
I don't know, but would having the NTTS icon missing from the device have something to do with this?
I ask because I'm no longer getting Weigh Station alerts either...

I'm not a trucker, but I'm wondering if your profile exceeds allowable limits. For example, I believe the maximum width in Michigan is 102 inches and the maximum height is 13' 6".
Maybe try decreasing the dimensions on your profile and see if that affects the routes. If so, it would seem to indicate your truck is too large.

My current settings were taken from a coworker with the same device.
He's long gone now so I can't recheck them...
I have my weight set a few inches higher because this unit has no buffer.
I mean, if the clearance is 13' 7", the unit WILL try to take me under it...
I'm sitting at Iowa 80 right now.
I'll try those new settings when I roll out in the morning.
I'm still wanting this thing to start reporting the weight stations again. I passed two on my way here from my last drop to the truck stop and didn't get my alerts.
UPDATE
I don't know why, but it's working as it should now.
I all I did was to get that .unl file back for the NTTS reloaded POI and things are as they should be...
