Simulation mode speed adjustment

Is there a way to adjust the simulation speed of the Nuvi 255W besides having it in real time. Can you do 10X or 100x or something to speed it up. This would be especially good for long trips.

Use the Map

When you go to simulation, touch the upper right corner for turn by turn and then touch Map in the bottom center. Look at the map and get and overview.

You can also scroll down the turn by turn and check out the key locations.

Yeh. The real time simulation is useless.

not really

You can not really do that. easiest way is touch the top line and check for turn by turn guidance.
Its not really worth of having stimulation mode on unit.

Thanks guys. That was exactly what I was looking for if I couldn't speed up the sim. The turn by turn works really good.

As others stated you can't speed it up but you can change the start location to shorten the time.Touch the map screen and drag it to a new start location that is closer then the location you are at.
Touch the location you want and touch the set button at bottom.Now select the location for the test.
