I purchased the Garmin - Portable Auto Friction Mount for Select Garmin GPS Model: 010-11280-00 | SKU: 9267642 for 14 dollars at Best Buy on sale.The one that arm folds down.Just tried it out on drive from central Fl to Fort Walton Beach.Really impressed with it.Sets low on the dash and no sliding.Easy to hit the buttons on the gps without feeling unsteady.Also have the friction mount but believe I will use this one from now on.Didn't notice any film as others have reported on the dash.
