Using Picture Viewer, select
Using Picture Viewer, select the thumbnail picture. This opens picture. Touch the picture to view full screen with zoom in / zoom out. You can also pan when zoomed in by dragging picture with your finger.

That may be what he is looking for. What I am looking for however is for the pictures to be displayed full screen by default. For example, if I want to select a particular image for my 200W startup screen, I want that image to take up the entire screen, not just a windowed portion of the screen.
