Most of the current locations. Snapshot off their site 2009-Nov-27. Some locations in CA and NV did not parse due to corrupted data. Some in NE have a PO Box, and that doesn't help us much. Except for a few, I have not checked the datum against, e.g., Google Maps.
The conversion wouldn't have been practical without Excel and GPS Visualizer.
