Garmin 760 and POI Image

Created a TourGuide.gpi file using POI Loader. I had the associated bmp and wav files. I loaded the files manually to a Garmin 255W and a 750. Works just fine. Sound and image is displayed. My friend put the same file on his Garmin 760 and he gets the correct sound, but not the image. Any advice???
May Have To
On the 760 you may have to zoom in farther to see the POI icon.
Nuvi 350, 760, 1695LM, 3790LMT, 2460LMT, 3597LMTHD, DriveLuxe 50LMTHD, DriveSmart 61, Garmin Drive 52, Garmin Backup Camera 40 and TomTom XXL540s.
