Microsoft Streets and Trips 2010

Other versions of S&T had a Location Sensor in the Tools Menu that gave you the coordinates of the location the cursor was sitting on. I can't find the Location Sensor in S&T 2010. Are there any users here that know where they put it?

Locator

In S+T 2010 you can now see the location coordinates directly in the bar on the bottom on the right-hand side, just underneath the map window. The cursor has to be in the map window.

S&T Coordinates

Thanks. I see it now.

Copy location coordinates to your clipboard

Here is another hidden little feature in S&T 2010. The status bar on the bottom displays the lat/long coordinates for wherever the mouse cursor is pointed and now you can copy these by using the keyboard shortcut: Ctrl+Alt+c

The location coordinates will be now be available for pasting. The format can be changed in the Tools | Options dialog but you'll get one of these:

47.64001° -122.14176°
47.64025°N 122.14172°W
47°38'24"N 122°8'30"W
47°38'23" -122°8'30"

New POI/Pushpin management in v2010

S&T v2010 has significant enhancements with regards to POI management. You can import as many POI lists as you like into "Pushpin sets", and control the features of each set independently, including whether they are visible or not.
