c330 and Missing info button

Hello,
I was wondering if anybody who owns a StreetPilot c330 could answer a question I have. I also wrote Garin about this but have not got a reply from them.
I just purchased the c330 and while playing around with all buttons I notice one thing it did not have and should according to everything I read.
On the box that the unit came in it showed a info button at the bottom of the browse map page. This button was to show information on a icon on the map you are viewing. On my c330 I could not find it. I downloaded the manual off Garmins web site and the manual said to touch- Where to > Browse map then scroll all the way in till you can see the little icons that are in that area you are looking at and then touched one of them and then touch the Info button. If it was there then it would take you to a diffrent screen and show you what infomation that icon had like (Name,Phone number, address and ect) then you have the option to go there are go back to maps.
On mine the name will pop up but there is no info button. The only thing I saw at the bottom of screen is Back, Go and Save. The only way I could figure how to get more information on this icon was to touch, save and it would save it to my favorites. Then you have to go to your Favorite file and see the information about it. Then if this was not want you wanted then you would have to delete it and then go back and do the whole process over again.
So my question to Garmin was what happen to the info button. Dose anybody with the c330 have this info Button?

Where in the manual is this listed? I don't appear to have the button you mention as well. I recently purchased the C330 in the last month.

If you have look under page 5 under Finding a Place using the map. Number one will show a map and under the map it says Touch any object on the map and select Info
I called Garmin tech support
I called Garmin tech support a couple of months ago about that issue, and they said that function was no longer supported. The owner's manual (weak that it is) does not get updated as often as the software.

Ha! i am not surprised.
Ha! i am not surprised. how many times have you bought a great product, but the manual was horrible?????? I am in software development for a small company and I have to do the documentation (the manuals) as apart of my duties and I will be the first to say that the manuals are far from being great. Actually they suck...lol.
I spend much more time developing, testing, and problem solving (the stuff I like) then documenting.
