Happy Monday

Folks in north Georgia had frost on the pumpkins this mornging. 18 degrees below normal tempurature. This is too early for that kind of weather.

Seems that summer is coming to an end in this neck of the woods. Won't be too long now and the white stuff will be flying.

Cant call it a vacation cause i am always on vacation so we decided to get out and about for a few days, left florida. (nice and warm) and drove up to Chattanoga TN. for a few days, got up monday morning looking out the window of the motel, GEESHHH there was white stuff all over the cars, got out side and it was like 35 deg. finally warmed up nice tho. had a good day out and about.

Halloween is just around the corner. After that it will be Thanksgiving. Followed by Christmas and New Year. It is amazing just how quickly this year passed.

Our new Nuvi 765T is working great. We just ended Day 5 of our Mass - CA journey. We are in Hammon, LA.
The Garmin worked for traffic updates, lane assist and to the door directions to our B & B's along the way. We're doing 350 - 400 miles per day with a couple pit stops.

So far so good!

P.S. We are staying at B & B's that are pet friendly.

I updated the map on my 750 to the latest one.

There have been a lot of updates in my area, and although $69 was pricy, it's still a lot cheaper than another new unit.

750 has a dead battery, so I keep it plugged in.

Heading that way starting in the morning.Was hoping for warmer weather there.

OK.. who up there in the north sent all this cold down here to the southeast!!!

The leaves are nearing their peak colors here in central Ohio. This is a great time of year for fall drives, and/or visiting the state parks and walking the trails.

My favorite time of year.

weather is great ... family arrived for a visit ... life is good.

i am so glad i washed my car yesterday - now it's supposed to rain tonight!! uggg
