In Az they send the radar revenue, oops I mean ticket, to you and if it is not returned they must personally serve you.(within 120 days I believe.) If not the ticket is thrown out. Seems like a more reasonable approach if you must implement this abomination.

Many letters for running red lights or speeding inform the person of the fine to be paid, but also explain how to contest. Do not the Illinois letters contain this information also?? I am of the opposite opinion. I think President Obama thinks that he is a movie star by all of the late night shows he is on. This doesn't really accomplish anything other than to make him feel important. I think the man is taking on too much at one time and I'm not even sure that he knows what he is doing. I predict a one termer unless he starts acting more presidential. By that, I mean he needs to start attending to the business at hand and stop compaigning, which is what he has been doing for the last 9 months. Time to get off his backside and start doing something to benefit the country and not himself or his "not proud to be an American until now" wife. (Where is Reagan when we need him.)
