Selecting an alert?

As I learn how to create POI files, my first one was from a database of contact addresses. I setup the PIO with alerts every 500 feet and it works fine on my Garmin 260WT. I get a little grey box with the word Alert and the persons name. Here is my question, can I somehow select the alert? I tried clicking on the grey box to get the information to come up which contains a photo and info on the "more" screen but that doesnt work. Is there a method to bring up the contact or do I have to just browser for it in the extras folder?

POI Icons
Poi icons are not clickable. You must go to Extras to get any additional data or route to the destination.
Nuvi 660 -- and not upgrading it or maps until Garmin fixes long-standing bugs/problems, and get maps to where they are much more current, AND corrected on a more timely basis when advised of mistakes.
