Used my wife's Garmin 260W to find a location on the edge of the next county. The streets were in the 200's (203rd Street)in that location. The GPS kept announcing street numbers without the "2"; just "hundred third street". Anyone else aware of this?
Turboccc
I have not noticed this problem (no cities around me have anything even in the hundreds), but turboccc has a program that fixes many of the speech impediments found on various devices. I'm not sure if this is one he looked at, but you can find the thread about "TTS_Speech_Doctor - orthophonist for your GPS" at:

=== Even a broken clock is right twice a day.
Check Garmin's Website ...
... to see if they've confirmed a firmware defect and have a fix for your model.
In the meantime, test other street numbers.
Good luck!
Thanks for the suggestion
Thanks, I'll chech Garmin.
It may be a while before I get back to the area with the 200 street numbers.
