the 'update your software' , software for 765t

im sure you guys got the same email as i did from garmin and amazon (if u bought ur system there). when mine broke and i had to send it back i got a new one. but unfortunately, i lost my vehicle. so i hadnt turned on my system yet.
is there an expiration to that software update that will keep it from crashing??

i meant that software update that prevents the 765t from blacking out which was a problem to a lot of 765t's.
A pedestrian is someone who thought there were a couple of gallons left in the tank.
No "expiration date"
There is no "expiration date" on the firmware update v3.60. If there was, Garmin would certainly tell us about it. When a new update is available, it will replace any previously released update.
