POI file problem

I have a Garmin 850 and I'm trying to get some custom POI files loaded that I found on POI Factory. Example: The Wal-Mart/Sams Club POI file. It loads fine via the POI Loader from Garmin, but when I go to "where to/extras/custom POIs/Wal-Mart_US, it brings up the nearest locations in Idaho (but I'm in Atlanta). I have the same problem with the Goodwill Stores file, the McDonalds file, basically everything that I try. Please help! Also when I tell the POI Loader to delete all previously loaded POIs, it says that it does it but when I go back to the GPS they are still in there. I just checked the Goodwill stores file and it is showing me stores in Washington state (again, I'm in Atlanta.
Ugh.
On a hunch I took the battery out of the unit and put it back in. Now the Wal-Marts that I uploaded are showing up correctly.

Far away POIs instead of close ones
I had this kind of a problem after I downloaded files for GB instead of the USA, so pay attention to what file you are loading, and do not forget these files are not perfect and permantently improving.
