GTM-20 Receiver

I had a 660 that I gave away because I upgraded to the 885T. My question is if I would buy another (GTM-20)receiver plug would I be able to get the traffic or would I have to pay again ?

Your 885T unit would give you free traffic..

With a new GTM 20 or an old one too. Its lifetime traffic with any Unit that ends its model number with a "T" as for as I know.

You can walk a horse to water, but a pencil has to be led.

.

The subscription follows the receiver, not the navigator.

When you buy a new GTM-20 as an accessory these days, it comes with lifetime traffic. Old ones did not. So it doesn't matter what compatible navigator you add one to.

But the 885T comes with an MSN Direct receiver. Why not use that? For $99 (instead of $119 for the traffic-only receiver) you can buy a lifetime subscription to MSN Direct.
