Your question about POI recommendations is such an open one. I think the real question is what are you interested in? Certainly the red light camera files are very helpful. Beyond that, go to the tab for POI files at the top right of the page. You will find hundreds broken up into categories on interest.

You will find this site a great tool and a lot of fun.. I have had my GPS for a little over 2 weeks now and have learned so much by this site.. More than if I was palying with my GPS on its own.

Welcome, I have only been a member of this site for about 2 weeks and I love it. Everyone is very helpfull and nice. But as far as what Poi files you should look for, maybe start with something that you are interested in like what stores or resturants you like.
