Is it possible to have 2 separate volumes?
1 for directions and 1 for Blue-tooth telephone?

Tools --> Settings --> Volume

There are three controls - Master, Navigation (directions) and Media (music/audio books).

The Bluetooth audio level is controlled by the Master volume and is independent of the Navigation setting.
