Mostly resorts but a couple of campgrounds & hotels/motels.
WARNING: The speed limit on Hwy 371 between Baxter and Nisswa is 60mph. At Nisswa, 371 turns to a 2 lane Hwy, speed limit is 55 and do NOT use Right Turn Lanes to bypass someone making a left turn. Heavily Enforced!
