How do I download a poi?

I located a great Poi for Wineries.
I downloaded the csv but wasn't sure if I open or save it to my designated file.
I see bmp and mp3 files. I assume they download, but have not discovered how.

After you have downloaded the CSV file you place it in a folder that contains all your POI files. . You then upload them to your unit using Garmin's POI loader. There are numerous threads on this site dealing with POI creating, downloading and installing. Use the search functio to find one that matches your level of experiance.
