Hi everyone,
i wonder if there is a program where i can connect photo, video and mp3 to a specific poi.
Then afcouse i would like to have the info popup as soon as you pase the poi. Something like a tourguide.
Does it exisits?

Sounds exactly like a TourGuide. Have you checked out the Help File in POI Loader. It talks about creating TourGuides. There are a variety of programs that can create them. MapSource, GeePeeEx Editor, Extra_POI_Editor.

Correct, the photo doesn't automatically pop up.
Also, the OP inquired about video. None of the Nuvi units (in the U.S. AFAIK) support video.

Whoops, I missed the video part. That's not going to happen. (For a lot of reasons)
Regular TourGuides is the closest the OP is going to get to what he's looking for, I believe.
