Backing up 765T

I'm a newbie here and just got a 765t. I have been reading your forums and see that most if not all of you back up you GPS unit. How do you do that? Reading all the things you guys are doing on your GPS I can't wait to try some of them.

Drag and drop all the files from the nuvi to another folder on your hard drive. You can also burn those files to DVD for archiving.

Be sure to set Windows to display all file types:
Start>Settings>Control Panel>Folder Options>View> and select "Show hidden files and folders".

Backing up in this way only backs up the visible files on the nuvi. It will NOT back up low level firmware or other non user-accessible memory areas on the nuvi.
