cd album to 550 sd card as album

Feeling very stupid. When I got my 550 about two yrs ago I was able to xfr whole albums as such to my 550 sd card. Now when I try, all I can do is move the various songs which end up in a folder entitled "unknown". Yes, I know it's pilot error, but for the life of me I can't remember how I did it the first time.

The GPS unit only reads the ID3 Track Tags for this information. It does not read the folder structure. You need to check the track tags of the files and see if the information is loaded. You can use a software program like Media Monkey to tag your song files.
