Does anyone know how large of an SD card the streetpilot c340 can handle?

The largest SD (Secure Digital) card that is supported on the StreetPilot® C3xx is a 2GB (gigabyte) card. The StreetPilot doesn't support SDHC.

And be aware that the SD card for that unit can only be used for maps. The unit will not read Custom POIs from the SD card.
