Garmin just recently wrote me back about the Time Update for the c340. Here is their response.

I'll be happy to help you with this. The software update to correct this problem is in the works and should be out soon. We currently do not have an exact date.
But, in mine, the second sentence after "Thank you for..." said, "At this point the DST update is still in process because of other changes coming along in the same update." - otherwise, it was the same, and a different tech...
Progress, I guess...
Guess so...... I've notice a lot of their replys are very generic.
